Is there a charge for the slot?
No. The slot is free – the amount you are paying is for is a prepaid bar tab that will be put behind the bar for your drinks. The bar tab amount will be deducted from your final bill.
Can I book a specific table?
No. You will be allocated a table upon arrival.
Can I order at the bar?
No. This is a table service only venue.
Must I wear a face mask?
Currently the rules state that anyone entering the venue or moving around the venue to use the toilets must wear a face mask. If you are sat at a table you DO NOT need to be wearing a mask. If you refuse to wear a face mask when entering the venue or whilst using the toilets you will be asked to leave.
Can I book more than 1 slot in a row?
Yes you can book as many slots as you like. You will have to pay the prepaid bar tab for each slot. They will be added together and as soon as you have spent the total amount you will have to pay for drinks. Any unspent bar tab is non refundable.
Can I book more than 1 slot at a set time?
Yes. However please bare in mind that you cannot go over the government guidelines of having a party of above 30.
What happens if I don’t spend my bar tab?
The bar tab is non refundable, you will lose any unspent bar tab. We do however offer a takeaway service, so any unused bar tab can be used on takeaway drinks.
We are only 2 people, can we take a slot with a maximum of 4 or higher?
Yes, though you will have to pay the full prepaid bar tab for that slot.
What happens if I turn up with 5 people at a slot that has a maximum of 4?
One of the people will unfortunately have to leave the venue. Due to social distancing rules we can only have up to the allocated maximum number of people at the table.
Can I buy more drinks in the venue if I use up my prepaid bar tab?
Yes. The prepaid bar tab will be spent automatically first and then you’ll have to pay for drinks.
What happens if it is raining?
We are an outdoor only venue, however most of the tables are now covered and with heaters - so we are a fairly weather proof venue. If the weather is bad and we cannot give you a covered table, then you will be given the opportunity to move your booking to another day and time of your choosing.
What happens if I have to self isolate or if I am ill?
If you are unable to make it to the booking due to Covid 19 restrictions, or if you are unwell then you can move your booking to another time and date of your choosing free of charge. You will keep any prepaid tab for that new booking. You must give 24 hours notice to do this.
Can I cancel my booking?
No refunds will be given for cancelled bookings however, provided that you give 24 hours notice - you will be given the opportunity to move your booking to another day and time of your choosing.
What happens if I don’t make it to my booking on time?
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your booking you will lose the bar tab amount and the slot if there are people waiting. As soon as 1 person turns up from a party your booking is secure.
What happens if I don’t show up?
Any party that doesn’t show up to their booking will lose their prepaid bar tab.
Can I go sit on another table or go over and say hello?
No. No mixing between tables is allowed at all. Any person that moves between tables will be asked to leave.
What happens if my party are asked to leave the venue?
In the unlikely event that your party is asked to leave the venue, you will forfeit any unspent prepaid bar tab. Any unruly or antisocial behaviour will result in you being ejected from the venue. Any disrespect towards our staff will also not be tolerated. The management reserves the right to enforce this at any time
